Day- to -Day Caring

Many of us begin our day by brushing our teeth. You may honor the water as you do this. Thanking her.

Also be mindful to turn the water off while you are brushing your teeth.

When we shower. We want to get clean.

Take this time to acknowledge the water cleansing you, washing all that you no longer need away.

Also be mindful how long your shower is.

In the day we will wash dishes. In this you get to feel the water on your hands and enjoy it. A moment to be with the water that you can enjoy. the task can be in joy instead of spite.

Also be mindful how you wash the dishes to conserve water. Get it all wet, then turn off the water and soap it all up. Then turn the water back on for rinsing, or whatever method works best for you.

Be considerate in your day, of the water and of yourself.
